Shipping policy

Freight charges are calculated once a valid New Zealand physical delivery address is entered at checkout. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or DX Boxes.

Freight prices include GST and may change without notice.

Freight Per Carton (Max 25kg):
Auckland — $6
North Island — $9
South Island — $12

Additional Charges:
Rural — $8 
Waiheke Island — $19

Delivery Time Frames:
Auckland — 1–3 working days
North Island — 2–4 working days
South Island — 3–5 working days
Rural — additional 1–2 working days
Great Barrier Island — additional 1–2 working days

Orders over $130 (incl. GST) qualify for free shipping within the North Island, and orders over $180 (incl. GST) qualify for free shipping within the South Island. This excludes Rural, Waiheke Island, and Great Barrier Island.
